All rentals include basic insurance, covering third-party liability.
Optional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), can be purchased at an additional cost.
In the event of an accident, the renter may be liable for an excess fee unless additional coverage has been purchased.
Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a standard vehicle. Luxury and premium vehicles require a minimum age of 25.
A valid driver’s license, held for a minimum of 1 year, is required to rent a vehicle.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, a one-day rental fee will be charged.
Failure to collect the car without prior notification will result in the full booking fee being charged.
